What you’ll need.
Here are some recommendations if you don’t have access an exercise park or gym that has these things already.

  • Chin-up Bar
  • Rings or suspension trainer
    • I prefer rings to something like TRX for the simple reason that they are much cheaper.
  • Yoga mat or rolled towel
    • A rolled towel will work just fine, but if you want a mat you can get one.
  • Step or block
